Flexibility varies by product / Profile. Thinner products such as T-moldings, reducers, base shoe, and other transition profiles generally offer greater field flexibility.

Some Stair nosing profiles however are thicker and more rigid by design. They can accommodate straight installations and gradual curves, but tighter radius & bends or unique shapes may require Custom Molding to prevent distortion or warping.

Custom Molding is recommended when a curve is tighter than the standard profile can accommodate directly out of the box or when the application has an unusual shape.

For these conditions, we can pre-form the product to the required shape during our manufacturing process.
