Return Policy
These policies are in place to clarify the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and responsibilities for both domestic and international customers when purchasing Flexitions molding products.
- Custom Colored or Custom Molded: These are considered special order items. They cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- Pre-Stained Flexitions Molding with Stock Colors: These can be returned or exchanged, but there's a 30% restocking fee.
- Unfinished Flexitions Molding: Purchases of unfinished molding can be returned or exchanged with a 15% restocking fee.
Conditions for Returns or Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of the original purchase.
Stained, damaged, used, or cut materials cannot be returned or exchanged.
Responsibility for Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs on non-defective material.
- Defective Materials: Any material deemed defective by an authorized Flexitions representative will be replaced at no charge.
- Installation Costs: Flexitions does not cover or reimburse customers for installation costs incurred.
Refund Processing Time:
- Approved returns may take up to 14 days to refund.
- International Customers: International customers are responsible for all import and export taxes and fees related to shipping to their country. Flexitions will not reimburse these costs.
